I have booked the room for 7 nights with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the space was normally pretty clean. The staff were being very useful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large plus the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Zermatt you should reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I have stayed for 5 days with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the room was constantly clean up. Staff members were being very handy and pleasant and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Excellent place, almost everything is close. Personnel are super friendly and well prepared and speak excellent English. You will find activities just about every night time and it´s a fantastic way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s extremely small. Wonderful quality for the price!
